Bethesda Overlook can be accessed by going north on the Rockville Pike and turning left on Pooks Hill Road just before reaching the Beltway (495). It is also accessible from the Maplewood side and Beech Road off Old Georgetown Road. Also nearby on Pook's Hill in addition to the townhomes at Bethesda overlook are the townhomes at Whitley Park, the condos at the old Linden Hill Hotel and the condos at the Promenade as well as the Marriott. Convenient to the Beltway for transporation and to the recently renamed Army Medical Center. The townhomes at Bethesda Overlook were built in 1958.
Pooks Hill Road has easy access to the Beltway, out to Rockvill via the Rockville Pike or South on the Pike to downtown Bethesda or all the way down to Georgetown and beyond for that matter.
