Kenwood Park is bordered by Bradley Boulevard, Goldsboro Road, River Road and Landon Village in Bethesda. To get to Kenwood Park, drive northwest on Bradley Boulevard from Wisconsin Avenue, passing Audubon Road, Burling Court, Burling Road, Brite Drive, Vernon Place, Cornish Road, Beam Court, Devon Road and turn left on Durbin Road. From inside the neighborhood you can also exit out Radnor Road to Goldsboro Road or you can get out on Milwood Road onto Goldsboro Road and the to River Road.
Previously heavily forested, residential construction began in the late 1950s. The large majority of the homes were built in the fifties and sixties on mostly quarter acre lots. The architecture is eclectic with many contemporaries, rambler, splits and colonials. The neighborhood consists of approximately 590 homes. The public schools serving the neighborhood are Walt Whitman High School, Thomas Pyle Middle School and Bradley Hills Elementary. According to MapQuest Kenwood Park is 8.3 miles from the White House and approximately a 23 min. drive.
