Souteast of Chevy Chase Park, and east of Martin's Additions, the boundaries of Chevy Chase Manor are Camalier Drive and Cummings Lane on the south, Brennon Lane on the west. Construction began in the neighborhood toward the end of World War II in 1945 picking up toward the end of the forties and into the fifties. The majority of the homes are 3 bedroom colonials and ramblers mixed with a few cape cods and a couple of splits. Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, Westland Middle School and Rosemary Hills Elementary is a local public school cluster.
